Simran Jeet Singh is a writer, scholar, and activist. He is a Visiting Professor at Union Seminary, a columnist for Religion News Service, a Senior Fellow for the Sikh Coalition, and a Soros Equality Fellow for the Open Society Foundation. This fall, he released his first children's book, Fauja Singh Keeps Going, which is the first from a major publisher (Penguin Random House) to center on a Sikh story.
